What we’re all about

BEER. FAMILY. FRIENDS.

At 67 Degrees Brewing, we believe great beer brings people together. Whether you’re a first-timer, or the person who’s “only having one” and somehow ends up at 6… or 7, there’s a place for you here. It’s not just about what’s in your glass, it’s about who you’re sharing it with!

Long before there was a brewery, there was family. For Olivier, it started with the first taste of an IPA that sparked an obsession with craft beer and the desire to brew it himself. That passion, combined with Laury’s entrepreneurial spirit & belief in building something meaningful, brought a group of family together around a shared idea: create a brewery that was about more than what was in the glass.

A co-founder, entrepreneur, and natural-born community builder, Laury brings big ideas and even bigger energy to 67 Degrees brewing. When she’s not helping grow the brewery, she’s usually finding another way to bring people together.

Fun Facts

So,why 67°?

There’s a little science behind the name.

67 degrees is our ideal fermentation temperature for ales. Turns out, 67 is a pretty good number. We liked it enough to build a brewery around it.

It Started With a Very Good Idea

67 Degrees Brewing began with a group of cousins who thought, “We should start a brewery.” A few beers, a lot of enthusiasm, and somehow that idea became an actual brewery.
